West Bloomfield Township was established in 1833 when the township of Bloomfield was divided in two. The western part of the township became what is now known as West Bloomfield, a diverse and prosperous area in Michigan. West Bloomfield Township is not the same as Bloomfield Hills, even though they are both located in Oakland County. While Bloomfield Hills is a much smaller city, West Bloomfield Township is larger with a population of over 64,000 people.
It is located to the west of Bloomfield Hills and offers a variety of housing options, from single-family homes to luxury apartments. Both cities offer excellent schools, parks, and recreational activities for their residents. They both have a variety of shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. However, West Bloomfield Township has more housing options than Bloomfield Hills and is home to many businesses and industries. In conclusion, West Bloomfield Township and Bloomfield Hills are two distinct cities located in Oakland County, Michigan.
While they both offer excellent services for their residents, they are not the same city. West Bloomfield Township is much larger than Bloomfield Hills and has more housing options and businesses.
